Boa tarde, me chamo Tiago e já cheguei a jogar o Asa de Cristal antigamente, voltei a jogar e decidi colocar alguns cristais no jogo. Entretanto, apesar de ter os COINS aqui mesmo na GAMESOW, não consigo recarregar no meu personagem, depois de selecionar o servidor, eu tenho que escolher qual personagem eu quero recarregar, porém o nome do meu personagem não aparece, o que aparece é o número "0" (zero), apenas isso. Sendo assim, gostaria que, ou vocês fizessem a recarga para mim no meu personagem, ou que vocês devolvessem o dinheiro gasto, que foram R$ 20,00. OBS01: Eu cheguei a testar com outras contas para ver se o nome de outro personagem aparecia, e percebi que na conta na qual eu quero recarregar, e que tem o dinheiro já depositado, foi feita através do facebook, enquanto a outra conta que não tem dinheiro depositado e que foi feita através de um email meu, aparece normalmente os personagens feitos lá. OBS02: Já tentei recarregar clicando no 0, mas aparece a tela que vou deixar em anexo.
